What we collect through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed.

01

Scope of this policy

This policy explains how Row Creek Co. handles information submitted through this website. It covers the procurement inquiry form and the aggregate statistics we hold about how the site is used. It does not govern information exchanged under a signed engagement, which is dealt with in the agreement covering that engagement.

We work exclusively with government and public sector entities. The information we receive through this site is therefore submitted by officers acting in a professional capacity on behalf of an institution, and we treat it accordingly.

02

Information we collect

We collect only what the inquiry form asks for. Nothing on this site profiles you, tracks you across other websites, or builds a marketing record about you.

  • Your full name and work email address, so we can reply to you.
  • The government entity, department or agency you are submitting on behalf of.
  • The description of your procurement need and the timeline you are working to.
  • Your confirmation that the inquiry is submitted for a government entity, and your consent to us processing it.
  • The date and time the inquiry was received.

We do not ask for, and you should not send through this form, classified material, personal data about third parties, or any information your entity is restricted from disclosing before an award.

03

How we use it

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used for one purpose: to assess and respond to the procurement requirement you have described, and to carry out the resulting work if your entity engages us.

  • Acknowledging your inquiry and asking any clarifying questions.
  • Assessing whether the requirement is work we are able to take on.
  • Preparing sourcing, pricing or scoping information in response.
  • Maintaining an internal record of requirements received, so a later inquiry from the same entity is handled in context.

We do not use inquiry information for advertising, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

05

Who we share it with

Requirement detail is confidential. We do not publish client names, case studies or reference lists, and we do not confirm to any third party that a particular entity has approached us.

  • Suppliers receive only what is necessary to price or perform the requirement, and are not told which entity it originates from unless you instruct us otherwise.
  • Service providers that host this website and its systems process the data on our instructions, under confidentiality obligations, and for no other purpose.
  • We disclose information where we are legally compelled to, and where the law permits, we will tell you before we do.
06

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only while they remain relevant, and are deleted once they clearly are not. Where an inquiry leads to an engagement, the associated records are kept for as long as the engagement and any applicable audit, contractual or statutory retention period require.

07

Security

Inquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled system. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your requirement. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so please do not use this form for material that your entity classifies as sensitive or restricted.

08

Your rights

Subject to the data protection law that applies to you, you may ask us to do any of the following in relation to information you have submitted.

  • Confirm what we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete the record, where we are not required to retain it.
  • Restrict or object to our processing of it.
  • Withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form.

To exercise any of these, send a request through the inquiry form describing what you would like us to do. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

09

Cookies and site statistics

This website does not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. We collect aggregate, cookieless statistics about which pages are viewed so we can keep the site useful. Those statistics do not identify individual visitors and are not linked to any inquiry you submit.

10

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting inquiries already submitted will be notified to the entity concerned.

11
