Government procurement capabilities

The categories below describe the families of supply we source and coordinate across. They are deliberately broad, because public requirements rarely sit neatly inside one of them.

01 — Categories

Where we source

If your requirement sits between two of these families, or outside all of them, send it anyway. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right party for it rather than taking on work we cannot do well.

Ask about a category
  • Facilities and infrastructure

Building materials, fixtures, plant and the maintenance supply that keeps public estate in service.

  • Fleet, vehicles and heavy equipment

Light and heavy vehicles, specialist bodies, plant machinery, parts and servicing consumables.

  • Medical and laboratory supply

Consumables, instruments, diagnostic equipment and the cold-chain handling some of it requires.

  • Information and communications technology

Hardware, network and data centre equipment, licensing, and the integration work attached to it.

  • Energy, fuel and utilities

Fuels, generation and distribution equipment, metering, and energy efficiency retrofits.

  • Office and administrative supply

Furniture, printing, consumables and the recurring administrative categories behind daily operations.

  • Safety, security and emergency equipment

Protective equipment, detection and response apparatus, and preparedness stockholding.

  • Industrial, technical and workshop supply

Tooling, components, spares and the technical consumables that support in-house maintenance teams.

  • Water, sanitation and environment

Treatment equipment, pumping and distribution, waste handling and environmental monitoring.

  • Education and training supply

Institutional furniture, teaching equipment, laboratory fit-out and learning materials at scale.

02 — Requirements checklist

What we need to open a request

A complete set moves fastest, but it is not a barrier to entry. Send what your entity has today and we will come back with a short list of the gaps rather than a form to fill in.

Submit a requirement
  1. The issuing entity and department, with the officer authorised to correspond on the requirement.
  2. The procurement framework, regulation or standing rules the eventual award falls under.
  3. A written scope or technical specification. A draft is enough to open a request.
  4. Quantities, units of measure and every delivery location involved.
  5. The required delivery window, and any statutory or budgetary date that cannot move.
  6. A budget envelope or ceiling, where your rules allow it to be disclosed at this stage.
  7. The evaluation criteria and the award method your entity intends to apply.
  8. Certification, standards or compliance marks the supply is required to carry.
  9. Warranty, servicing and spare-part expectations across the intended service life.
  10. Invoicing, delivery terms and payment conditions your entity is required to transact on.

Have the requirement in front of you?

Send it through with whatever detail exists today. We confirm receipt, flag anything missing, and tell you what happens next.
